Hackathon Schedule 🚀

Check-in & Registrations 📋

Participants arrive at the venue or log in online. Check-in, registrations and team verification are completed.

Orientation & Introduction 👨🏼‍💻
02:00 PM – 04:00 PM
Welcome address, event briefing, and orientation. Problem statements and rules are revealed. Teams can start brainstorming.
Step 03
Hacking Session 💻
04:00 PM – tentative (Next Day)
Teams begin working on their projects. Mentors are available for guidance throughout the event. Dinner and breakfast will be provided.
Step 04
Final Presentations & Prize Distribution 🏆
10:30 AM – 01:30 PM
Teams submit and present their projects to the judges. Winners are announced, and prizes are distributed.

CYPHER 3.0 is a 24-hour space-themed hackathon organized by the Rotaract Club of Atria Institute of Technology. It brings together programmers, designers, and problem-solvers to collaborate on innovative solutions in a competitive and creative environment.
CYPHER 3.0 is open to students from any college or university. Participants can join individually or form teams of up to 4 members. We welcome developers of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced coders.
Please bring:
  • Your laptop and charger
  • Student ID card
  • Any other personal equipment you might need
  • A positive attitude and creative mindset!

Food and refreshments will be provided during the event.

Project themes and specific challenges will be announced at the start of the hackathon. However, you'll generally have freedom to work on web applications, mobile apps, hardware projects, AI/ML solutions, and more. The primary focus is on creating innovative and practical solutions to real-world problems.
Yes, there is a nominal registration fee:
  • For Atrians ₹290 per person
  • For Non-Atrians ₹320 per person

This helps us cover event expenses including food, beverages, swag, prizes, and operational costs. Payment details will be provided after your team registration is confirmed.

Projects will be evaluated by our panel of industry professionals based on innovation, technical complexity, execution, practicality, and presentation. Each team will have a designated time slot to demo their projects and explain their approach to the judges.
